When reflecting on Dakota and Evelyn’s wedding day at the Women’s Club of Portsmouth, the word that immediately comes to mind is joy. Evelyn definitely made one of the sweetest, most joyful brides and that joy was contagious the whole day! One of my favorite moments from the day was in the getting ready room after Evelyn slipped into her gorgeous gown with the help of her mother and bridesmaids…they danced around with the ribbon wands that they made for the grand exit in celebration of what was about to happen! And it made me so happy to see them so overwhelmed with excitement! I love when couples infuse so much love and care into their wedding day…everything on Dakota and Evelyn’s day was a perfect reflection of who they are as a couple and it was such an honor to capture all of the love and emotion and details. Evelyn has amazing style and it was an honor to get to work alongside Kat of Dear Sweetheart Events to help to bring their vision to life! They both share a love for the arts so I have been looking forward to capturing their day for them all year!
