Williamsburg Engagement Photographer | Neil and Kelsey

Neil and Kelsey first met their freshman year of college because they lived in the same dorm. They became friends and started studying together all the time, but it wasn’t until years later at the end of college that they finally admitted to liking each other. They say that it’s kind of a shame because they are now living hours apart until the wedding and dating would have been much more convenient when they lived in the same town! But really it worked out how it was supposed to and they couldn’t be more perfect for each other. I always enjoy getting to tell the story of a couples relationship through pictures. They have the quiet kind of love that is so endearing…I love the way that they look at each other and the way they would snuggle up when I would pose them without me even asking them to!

We took their pictures in Williamsburg on a day that had a high chance of rain…we hoped the rain would stay away and we were fortunate to have a beautiful overcast evening, which can mean soft lighting and pretty colors for photos! Neil and Kelsey thank you so much for taking me to some of your favorite spots! I had such an amazing time with you two and hope you enjoy my favorites!
