A few weeks back my friend Ali sent me a text message that said “Idea: can we be blog shooting buddies?” And my immediate response was “Yes!!!”…Basically it means that whenever Ali or I need photos taken for a blog post, we can pick a time to meet up and shoot them really quick! Ali is the perfect match for me as far as having a blog buddy because we were already friends so I knew we’d get along, she lives in my area, and our shooting style is similar! It’s also really helpful to have her as an extra person to bounce blog post ideas off of! I’m so thankful for her and excited about the blog posts I’ll be able to generate with her help..And I’m also so excited to get to help her too! I’ll be posting a review of my new Kelly Moore Bag soon that will include pictures that she took of me holding it, and Ali posted about her new shoes using the pictures I shot here!

If your a photographer who blogs, you should definitely consider finding someone to be your blog buddy!

Here are some shots of Ali from our first meet up that I wanted to post just for fun and because she is GORGEOUS…seriously, I could have taken portraits of her all day just for fun…I shot most of her portraits on HER CF card so that she could edit them herself (and vice versa) and so that we wouldnt have to worry about transferring images over the web which I definitely recommend doing! But, I wanted to take some on my own card too just for fun and practice…
