Happy Tuesday!! I hope you had a fabulous Easter and that you got to spend time with some of the people who matter most to you! We went to an amazing church service and then had Easter lunch with my family. After that Ryan, Lexie and I spent several hours just laying in the hammock in our backyard talking and napping and enjoying the glorious spring weather. That’s becoming one of our favorite things to do lately. I love doing things that make time slow down for just a little bit…it’s something so simple, but I like how it lets me press pause and just take in the beauty of a day and focus in on

It is officially launch day!! I’m so excited for you to be here and can’t wait for you to peruse my newly renovated online space! My business did a lot of growing up this past year so it only made sense for my website to follow suit! I realized that to become the photographer that I really want to be I wouldn’t fit into the mold of my old website and although it was scary because I never really like change (even the good changes at first!), I’m so happy that we did it!…Krista did a phenomenal job of bringing my vision of simple elegance to life…I wanted a website that would share a powerful brand and story in an understated and

I never really considered myself a southern girl before, but ohhhh last week I fell head over heels in love with the state of Georgia…Apparently I need to go back and experience the summer humidity before I can REALLY say this, but it’s an incredibly beautiful place! I love the spanish inspired architecture, mossy oak trees, and sweet southern charm + hospitality that’s so unique to the area…we are already hoping to go back to the Golden Isles for our anniversary this year! We spent the first weekend of our trip on St. Simon Island where Ryan’s grandparents own a condo. We tried new restaurants, explored

Last week I went to California for the very first time to attend a photography conference called United and it exceeded all of my expectations…I’ve spent all week processing it — re-reading my notes from all of the amazing speakers and reflecting on the friendships that formed and the conversations had — the dreams shared and the encouragement given…and I still don’t know how to even begin to explain it! It’s so refreshing to be a part of an industry where my supposed “competition” are actually some of my best friends and the biggest cheerleaders for my business. I love that so much!
