I first met Andrew and Catherine for their engagement session in Charlottesville at Ash Lawn-Highland and immediately fell in love with their story and who they are as a couple…I love how they bring out each other’s silly sides and they don’t take anything too seriously…their wedding was a perfect reflection of them and I was so honored to get to capture it!

I pulled up to the beautiful Chestnut Hill Bed and Breakfast last Saturday and thought to myself that it could not be a more perfect day for a garden wedding. It was warm with a light breeze and the flowers were blooming! As Catherine got ready with the help of her mom and bridesmaids, you could feel the excitement building…And then she finally made her way out into the garden and down the aisle towards her groom…that was my favorite part of the day! The look on his face when Andrew saw her was absolutely priceless and I am so excited for them to share the rest of their lives together!

I loved seeing them surrounded by their closest friends and family and am so excited to share my favorites with you from the day!
